Acknowledgments
I understand that there is a possibility that my authorized accommodations may result in a fundamental alteration of the essential elements of a course and therefore may not be reasonable. Fundamental alterations can only be determined by SSD.
I understand accommodations are not retroactive and only begin after letters have been received by professors and I have discussed my accommodations with each professor.
I understand that as a student registered with SSD, I have access to UU255. Students not registered with SSD are not allowed in this space for any reason. Failure to comply with posted guidelines may result in revoking access to the space.
